商品代金以外の必要料金：

商品代金以外に、以下の料金が発生する場合がございます：

支払方法および支払の時期：当サイトのショッピングカートからチェックアウト画面へ移動し、お支払方法を選択してください。（国際配送はクレジットカード決済またはPaypalのみとなります。）

商品の引渡時期：国内配送につきましては、ほとんどの商品が完全受注生産となっており、一部商品を除いては発送までの時期に多少の変動がございます。通常、ご注文後３週間から２ヵ月程度で発送を予定しておりますが、状況により若干前後する場合がございます。また、天候や災害などの影響でお届けに遅れが生じる可能性もございますので、予めご了承ください。国際配送は、お届けの地域や国などにより異なります。

返品・不良品・キャンセルについて：商品がお客様の注文内容と異なる場合に限り、返品交換を承っております。その際は、該当の商品を返送いただければ、注文内容と異なる個所を修正のうえ、再度発送させていただきます。なお、返送にかかる配送料は弊社が負担いたしますので、安心してお手続きをお願いいたします。

返品期限：商品到着後7日以内にご連絡いただき、その後10日以内に商品を返送していただきますようお願い申し上げます。

Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations :

We accept returns or exchanges only if the product differs from the order details. (For example, incorrect name spelling, a product different in color or shape, or a damaged keychain.)

If this happens, please return the product, and we will correct the discrepancies and ship the corrected item to you. We will cover the return shipping costs, so please proceed with the return without concern.
