当ショップでは、商品の品質には十分な注意を払っておりますが、万が一、当店の手違いによりご注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合のみ、返品・交換を承ります。例えば、名前の誤り、選択された色や形と異なる商品、または破損があった場合に限り対応いたします。

 

お客様のご都合による返品・交換は受け付けておりませんので、ご了承ください。

返品・交換をご希望の場合、商品到着後７日以内にご連絡いただき、その後１０日以内に商品を返送していただきますようお願い申し上げます。

その際、お手数ですが、**代引き（着払い）**にて商品を返送いただきますようお願いいたします。返品にかかる送料は当店が負担いたしますので、返送時に送料をご負担いただくことはございません。

 

At our shop, we take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. However, in the unlikely event that an incorrect product is delivered due to our mistake, we will accept returns or exchanges. This includes errors such as incorrect names, colors, shapes, or products that are damaged.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer preferences or mistakes.

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and return the product within 10 days thereafter. We kindly ask that you return the product using cash on delivery (C.O.D.). The return shipping cost will be covered by us, so you will not be required to pay for the return shipping.
