ご注文について

価格表示について
当ショップの表示価格はすべて税込価格です。お客様が支払う金額には消費税が含まれておりますので、追加の料金が発生することはありません。
配送について
配送方法：日本郵便
国内配送は無料です。国際配送は国や地域により異なり、送料が発生します。
発送時期：一部の商品を除いては、完全受注生産のため発送まで３週間から２ヵ月程度かかることがございます。
遅延について：天候や災害、配送業者の事情により、発送後、通常より遅れて届く可能性がございます。
返品・交換について
商品がご注文内容と異なる場合に限り、返品・交換を承っております。(例：名前のアルファベットに誤りがある、選択された色や形と異なる、キーチェーンが破損している等 )
プライバシーと個人情報の取り扱い
当ショップでは、注文処理や発送に必要な情報のみを収集し、それ以外の目的で使用することはありません。お取引完了後は、収集した個人情報を速やかに削除し、責任をもって管理いたします。
知的財産権
当ショップの商品のアイデアやデザインについて、無断で模倣し、商業目的で利用することは固く禁じられています。
責任の制限
商品に関する責任範囲：商品の使用後に発生したトラブルや、使用方法や保管方法による劣化や破損については、一切の責任を負いかねます。
免責事項：配送時の事故や天災、商品の使用による損害について、当ショップは一切の責任を負いかねます。

Price Display
All prices displayed on our shop are inclusive of tax. The total amount you will be charged includes the consumption tax, and no additional charges will apply.
Shipping
Shipping Method : Japan Post
Domestic shipping is free. International shipping costs vary depending on the country or region.
Shipping Time : Except for certain products, orders are made-to-order, and shipping may take between 3 weeks to 2 months.
Delays : Due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or issues with the shipping carrier, delivery may be delayed beyond the usual timeframe.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the product differs from your order (e.g., incorrect name spelling, different color or shape, or damaged keychains).

Liability for Products : We are not responsible for any issues or damages caused by the use, handling, or storage of the product after purchase.
